nNew car park rules from 5 September 2026nn nnDear Customers,nnplease be informed that from 5 September 2026 new rules for using the car park will apply at Kasztelania Retail Park.nn nn3 hours of free parking every day:nnEvery vehicle may use the car park free of charge for a total of 3 hours within one day.nnThe free time may be used over several entries and exits. The parking system adds up the time of all stays of a given vehicle within one day.nnIf the total parking time exceeds 3 hours, every started hour after that is charged at PLN 5.nn nnHow does the parking system work?nnThe car park is covered by a camera system that registers entries and exits on the basis of registration plates. This means the driver does not have to take a ticket on entry.nnIf the total parking time of a given vehicle within one day does not exceed 3 hours, the driver does not have to do anything or pay anything.nnOnce the free 3 hours are exceeded, the fee should be paid:n

• by phone, through the virtual parking meters available after scanning a QR code

• through the ePark app, which can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
